Shipping Policy

We keep runs limited and take care with every order, so please build in enough time for your gear to arrive.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you need international shipping, email mal@getrippedodt.com and we will let you know what is possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout through Stripe based on your order subtotal.

Processing Time

Apparel is prepared in limited runs, so orders typically take 10–20 business days to process before they go out. Peak periods and restocks may take a little longer. You will receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

Delivery Estimates

After an order ships, transit within the U.S. usually takes 5–14 business days, depending on carrier and destination. In total, most customers should allow 3–6 weeks from purchase to delivery. These dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you about reshipping and any additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it was lost, email mal@getrippedodt.com with your order number and photos when relevant. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
