Get Ripped Or Die Trying ("GRODT") sells fitness apparel and related products online. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart. We accept payment through Stripe. An order is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, incorrect, or unable to be fulfilled.
Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Promotional offers, including the First 50 launch special, are limited and may end when inventory or the stated limit is reached.
Accounts and Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
Intellectual Property
All site content, logos, graphics, product designs, and brand names are owned by Get Ripped Or Die Trying or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding for commercial purposes without written consent.
Product Information
We work to keep product photos and descriptions accurate. Colors and fit may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and garment wash.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GRODT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules.
